Ashis Poddar, Sting Newz, Nadia: As an aged lady was not agree to register the part of her property to her daughter-in-law, the widow daughter-in-law beat up the aged lady. As it was alleged that the window housewife often beats up her mother-in-law, one of the sons of the aged lady had set up a CCTV in home. And the scenes of a recent beating were captured in that camera. Then the house wife left the home and gone to her father place. This inhuman incident happened at Fuliapara under Shantipur police station in Nadia recently (November 15).
A complaint was lodged with Shantipur police. A police officer said that they were looking into the matter.
According to local sources, the wedding between Dipankar Ghosh of Fuliapara and Rinku ghosh of Fuliapara took place in 2012 after a love affair. But within 6 months of marriage, Rinku lodged complaint (498) of torture to her against her husband, brother to husband and her mother-in-law. Rinku’s husband Dipankar Ghosh died due to liver problem during this mid July.
Sankari Ghosh, mother to late Dipankar alleged that after expiry of her son, daughter-in-law Rinku, who had been staying at her father’s home and returned recently, has been pressurizing to register a part of property in her name. It often causes the altercation between the duo.

According to Sankari, Rinku often beats up her.
The last son of Shankari would not believe the allegations of beat up to her mother by Rinki. However, he fixed up a CCTV camera in home.
There was none in home on November 14 except Shankari. Rinky bet up Sankari that day and it came to light through CCTV footage. Then Rinki left the home.
Sankari lodged complaint with Shantipur police station against Rinku.
On the other hand, Rinku refuted the allegations of any type of beat up to Shankari.
Police said that the cop was looking into the matter. An officer stated that they would take action if it is found true.
According to sources, there is a garrage along NH 34. There is a possibility that Government may take the garrage and adjoining land for the development of National Highway 34. In that case, the compensation would be good enough. That was why Rinku is eager to get the property.
The sources added that Rinku had left the home somedays after their marriage. But after expiry of her husband she came back to his home just for property.
