Winter Fiesta 2025 Begins at Krishnanagar Public School, Grand Finale Scheduled for Saturday

STING NEWZ: Krishnanagar Public School successfully hosted Day 1 of its much-anticipated cultural festival ‘Winter Fiesta 2025’ on Friday. The opening day was marked by vibrant performances, enthusiastic participation by students and an energetic festive atmosphere across the school campus.

The students of the school beautifully showcased the rich cultural diversity of India through various dance performances representing different states. Special emphasis was given to Rajasthani, Punjabi, Kashmiri and Bengali cultures. The students also actively participated in recitation and drama, displaying their artistic skills. In addition, they presented an impressive Chhau dance performance and performed dances to traditional Bengali Folk songs, which were warmly appreciated by the audience.

A wide range of cultural programmes showcased the creativity and talent of students, earning appreciation from parents, teachers and invited guests. Adding to the excitement, renowned musical duo Sourendro and Soumyojit performed on the first day, captivating the audience and making the inaugural day of the festival truly memorable.

The second and concluding day of Winter Fiesta 2025 will be held on Saturday.

The final day is expected to witness a large turnout, with special guest performances by renowned singer Somlata and The Aces, adding star appeal to the celebrations.

According to School Principal Dr. Sankar Prasad Dutta, the Winter Fiesta aims to promote cultural expression, boost confidence among students and foster a spirit of togetherness.

The School Director Mr. Amitava Guha expressed confidence that the concluding day will end the festival on a high note, leaving lasting memories for participants and visitors alike.

It is reported that Krishnagar Public School is a CBSE curriculum school offering education from Play Group to Class 12. The school was founded on 6th April, 2016 with a handful of students and nine teachers. Today, the number of students has grown to over 2,000. The school is situated on NH-12 at Palpara More in Krishnagar, Nadia district, and boasts all modern facilities for education.
