BJP worker’s hanging body found in Nadia’s Gayeshpur, BJP called strike of 12 hours in Kalyani

Sting Newz Service, Nadia: Again the hanging body of a BJP worker found and this time it happened at Gayeshpur in Nadia and BJP leadership has called a strike of 12 hours in Kalyani to protest the killing of their worker.

Nadia police recovered the hanging dead body of BJP worker Bijay shil (37) from ward No. 4 of Gayeshpur Municipality area under Kalyani police station in Nadia on Sunday morning, police sources said. The body was sent for autopsy.

The locals of ward 4 of Gayeshpur Municipality found a body to hang from a tree on Sunday morning. Later on he was identified as Bijay Shil of that locality. Subsequently Kalyani police recovered the body and sent for post mortem to Kalyani JNM Hospital.

BJP leadership alleged that Bjiay was murdered by TMC planfully as he was an active BJP worker.

Bappa Shil, the nephew to the victim, is the Vice President of Gayeshpur Town BJP Yuva Mondal. He said,” As he had left TMC before Lok Sabha election, there was a grudge on him. In addition, he was working actively for BJP. More over, most of the persons of our ward have leaned to BJP. At this situation, with a view to create a terrorism and to give a message to the voters, the TMC men murdered my uncle.”

However, police officers from Kalyani PS rushed the spot soon after getting the information.

A police officer said, “We have sent the body for post mortem and have initiated a probe following the unnatural death.”

However, while Jagannath Sarkar, BJP -MP, Ranaghat and BJP’s State level leader Manabendra Nath Roy both blamed TMC behind the unnatural death, the Gayeshpur Municipal Chairman from TMC said refuted the allegation. He said,” He committed suicide. There is no connection of TMC to the happening. It is false blame to TMC.”

He more said that that person used to take Ganja, ‘mod’ (alcohol ) nearby the area often.

Jagannath Sarkar occasionally said, “A young girl was gang raped in Nadia on Thursday. A man was arrested in that case who is allegedly closed to a TMC leader.”

Agni Mitra Pal came to Nadia to meet the victimized young lady and her parents on Saturday. Occasionally she said,” Many TMC Ministers including the CM was agonized for Hathras incident but while gangrape happens in her State, she remains silent even being an woman. The females in West Bengal will get the proper safety and security only after coming of BJP in power and it is coming in power within 6 months.”
